We offer different programs and services in different areas, so please click on the locations below to find out what support is near you.

To make an appointment or find out more about a particular program, call 1300 727 957 between 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You can also make an online referral for yourself or if you’re a health service provider, make a client referral.

  • Lives Lived Well Specialist Centre – doctors, psychologists and allied health professionals, all under one roof.

  • Drug and alcohol diversion programs – including the Drug and Alcohol Assessment Referral Program (DAAR) and the Illicit Drugs Court Diversion Program (PCD) are available for eligible people. To access a diversion program, you must complete the Drug and Alcohol Diversion Referral Form before Court. The form is available from the Court registry.
  • Free alcohol and other drug psychosocial interventions for clients referred to us by other police, court, and criminal justice system programs (i.e. probation and parole), or clients who have completed DAAR or PCD.
  • These services are available from our Ipswich office – The Villa, The Y Ipswich, 98 Limestone Street, Ipswich 4305.

  • Free alcohol and other drug counselling and support services, including support for young people and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and families.

  • Targeted Psychological Therapies program, a mental health service for underserviced groups within the Darling Downs and West Moreton regions.
  • Residential Aged Care Home Group program, a mental health and wellbeing service delivered in aged care homes throughout the Darling Downs and West Moreton regions.
