From Tuesday 24 March 2020, we moved to providing telephone and online counselling during weekdays, temporarily ceasing face-to-face sessions. This is for all our programs. To make a telephone or online appointment, get in touch with your current case manager or counsellor. If you are a new client, give us a call on the numbers set out below or fill out a referral form by clicking on “Enquire Now” in above menu options. Our residential services are no longer accepting new admissions. Alternative recovery support is available and we welcome new enquiries about these options.

Our 1300 numbers are not dedicated counselling lines and are not staffed by trained clinicians. Our contact team will gather information about your concerns and process a referral to one of our services or programs for further follow-up. On calling, you can leave a message and we will get back to you asap.
Please note, we cannot provide family members with any information about their loved one’s treatment without their pre-arranged verbal authorisation.
If you know which service you’d like to refer to, you can go ahead and self-refer online. Once your online referral is received, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours.
