COVID-19 lockdown restrictions are affecting some of our NSW services, though free alcohol and drug counselling and support will always continue to be offered over the phone or online. Before your appointment, please call ahead to check how changes may have affected your local service or on other requirements such as mask wearing.

Take that first step and arrange an appointment with one of our specialists.

Other contacts:

Our 1300 number is not a dedicated counselling line and is not staffed by trained clinicians. Our contact team will gather information about your concerns and process a referral to one of our services or programs for further follow-up. On calling, you can leave a message and we will get back to you asap.

Please note, we cannot provide family members with any information about their loved one’s treatment without their pre-arranged verbal authorisation.

If you know which service you’d like to refer to, you can go ahead and self-refer online. Once your online referral is received, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours.

If you need help now, please call Lifeline on their 24-hour crisis support line on 13 11 14 or if it is an emergency call 000.
