Lives Lived Well’s Youth Support Service is a free, safe and confidential service for young people aged 12-25 years who may be experiencing alcohol and drug related issues.
Our alcohol and drug support involves:
- individual counselling and case management in person, virtually or via phone
- education and information
- practical tools and strategies
- health, nutrition and life skills
- wellbeing and mindfulness
- group programs
- referrals and access to ongoing support in the community.

We also take referrals from:
- GPs and other health care professionals
- Government and community organisations
- Youth workers
- Mental health services

No, our alcohol and drug counselling services are free of charge.
Lives Lived Well delivers alcohol and other drug youth support services at Unit 1, 155 Alma Street, Rockhampton.
We also provide support to the surrounding regions, including Yeppoon, Mt Morgan and Gladstone.
