Most young people will experiment with drugs or alcohol at some stage, however, for some, drinking or drug taking can become a problem. Our staff are specifically trained and experienced to help you work out what’s going on, giving you the support you need to get your life back on track.
If you want to chat to someone, you can come to see us… or we have people who can come to you at a place that suits.
Our programs include individual and family counselling, outreach, support, information, assessment and referrals.

Lighthouse provides specialised treatment for people aged 12-18 on the Gold Coast, with a focus on empowering recovery and building resilience and includes individual and/or group sessions.

NewAccess was developed by Beyond Blue to help people 12 and over tackle life pressures. The service includes six free sessions with a NewAccess Coach.

Concerned about drugs or alcohol and your mental health? We provide support and counselling for people between 12 and 25 years, who have a dual diagnosis – that is people who have substance misuse problems as well as mental health issues such as depression, anxiety or psychosis.

The Youth Support Service is a free, safe and confidential service for young people aged 12-25 years who may be experiencing alcohol and drug related issues.
Our Youth team helps young people between 12 and 25 years who may be having problems with alcohol or drugs, and youth who have engagement with the justice system. Our teams are often out and about, meeting young people and can meet you at a place that suits. You can refer yourself to this service here, and service providers can refer their clients here.
