Free and supportive non-residential alcohol and drug support in Nowra for young people aged 12-24

Ready to make a change?

Lives Lived Well provides alcohol and drug counselling for people aged 12-24 through our Nana Muru Youth Program.

Sometimes we use alcohol or drugs to deal with problems and feelings. If you think you or someone you know has an issue with alcohol or drugs the first step to getting help is talking to one of our counsellors.

Flexible support that fits in with your schooling

No need to pack your bags! Through our Nana Muru Youth Program, you will receive a similar level of treatment as you would in a residential setting, without having to live in or stay overnight. Simply come along each day and work through the program with our qualified and experienced facilitators.

Our alcohol and drug support includes:

  • group programs
  • individual counselling and case management
  • access to a chill out space to drop in to
  • education and information
  • practical tools and strategies
  • health, nutrition and life skills
  • wellbeing and mindfulness
  • referrals and access to ongoing support in
    the community.

Prioritised care

The Nana Muru Youth Program places an emphasis on providing prioritised care for Aboriginal young people, young people connected with the Justice System and young people living in rural and remote locations.
