DAFA online training is designed for anyone who wants to build confidence in supporting people affected by alcohol and other drugs. It’s ideal for:

After finishing the DAFA course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and gain practical knowledge of alcohol and other drugs first aid, useful in workplaces and communities. 

The full online Drug and Alcohol First Aid Training course has seven modules (coming soon). There’s also a Foundation course with one module. 

  • Foundation:  approx. 1 hour 
  • All-in-one (full course):  approx.. 8 hours

It is adapted from the in-person course but has the advantage of giving participants time to revisit, deepen, and apply material at a sustainable paceIt also expands on concepts and information that are not always covered indepth due to time constraints.
