Our Residential Aged Care Home (RACH) Group Program helps people with their mental health and wellbeing. It is free and available for people who reside in residential aged care homes.

The Lives Lived Well RACH Group Program allows residents to:

  • Create connection
  • Gain an understanding of mental health
  • Identify unhelpful thinking patterns
  • Develop coping skills that enhance wellbeing
  • Build confidence
  • Set goals for the future.

 

Do I need a referral?

There is no specialist or GP referral needed. To learn more about the RACH Group Program, simply give us a call on 1300 101 149.

How many sessions is it, and how much does it cost?

It is free and offered over six sessions by experienced and qualified facilitators.

Where is the service located ?

The RACH Day Program will be delivered in residential aged care homes throughout the Darling Downs and West Moreton regions.

We will be visiting facilities in: Allora, Boonah, Brassall, Cherbourg, Chinchilla, Clifton, Crows Nest, Dalby, Gatton, Goondiwindi, Highfields, Inglewood, Ipswich, Jandowae, Killarney, Kingaroy, Laidley, Lowood, Miles, Millmerran, Murgon, Nanango, Oakey, Pittsworth, Rosewood, Stanthorpe, Tara, Taroom, Texas, Toogoolawah, Toowoomba, Warwick and Wondai.
