Mental health support for those who need it most.
Seeking mental health support?
The Targeted Psychological Therapies (TPT) program is dedicated to providing evidence-based mental health services to underserviced groups within Queensland’s Darling Downs and West Moreton Primary Health Network (PHN) region.
Highly skilled mental health professionals deliver structured, short-term interventions designed to address a wide spectrum of mental health needs.
Do I need a referral?
Your GP can refer you to TPT through refeRHEALTH, via the online portal. GPs can access refeRHEALTH by visiting ddwm.referhealth.com.au. GPs who don’t have an account yet can set one up by clicking the ‘Sign up’ button on the login page, or email [email protected].
