Gain new skills and peer support through our group program Life Back.

Ready to make a change?

Group Programs provide an opportunity to build a network of support and learn from others as you are guided by a professional counsellor to address issues related to drug and alcohol dependencies. The safe setting means that you have space to learn and participate at your own comfort and pace.

Our core group program is called Life Back and is run during the day over the course of six weeks. Over the duration of the course, a number of strategies and techniques to manage substance use and maintain motivation are covered, with different discussions on the psychological, emotional, social and physical parts of substance use.

Stay on track

After completing Life Back, our teams are able to continue to provide you with support on your recovery journey and can empower you to move towards where your goals are. We have a variety of services and options to suit whatever fits you.

Do I need a referral?

You don’t need a GP referral. You can self-refer through our website here. If you have limited access to the internet or would prefer to speak to us to request a referral, please phone the Contact Team on 1300 727 957.
