Developed by Lives Lived Well, the Low Intensity Mental Health (LIME) Program offers a refreshing approach to mental health support, equipping you with practical skills to thrive today and in the future. Our compassionate and experienced mental health clinicians provide confidential, one-on-one sessions tailored to help you address stress from work, school, relationships, or other life challenges.

LIME offers flexible and accessible support for people aged 12 and above, with five free sessions available in person, by phone, or via video call. This confidential service is provided free of charge.

Is LIME for me?

The LIME Program, developed by Lives Lived Well, empowers people to live their lives well! Specifically designed to address low-intensity mental health concerns, whether it’s anxiety, health issues, work stress, relationship or family challenges, long-term isolation, loneliness, sleep deprivation, or other pressures, our compassionate mental health clinicians are here to support you. Together, we’ll create personalised strategies to meet your needs and enhance your overall wellbeing.

Do you provide support for young people?

Absolutely! Through the LIME Program we provide support for young people aged 12 years and over. They can easily self-refer through our website or by phone. 

For young people in Murgon, schools can connect them with us through the Murgon Youth Hub. Please note that services from the Murgon Youth Hub are exclusively available to young people.

How does it work and how do I get started?

Connect with a skilled Lives Lived Well clinician who will assist you in setting practical goals and developing skills for lifelong wellbeing. Our service includes five free sessions, delivered in person, over the phone, or online.

Where are we located?

Our LIME Program locations span across the Darling Downs, West Moreton, and Western Queensland regions, offering on-site sessions in Warwick, Dalby, Gatton, Kingaroy, and Longreach. Our telehealth services extend to these areas and beyond, reaching Charleville, Roma and Mount Isa. Additionally, we provide support at the Murgon Youth Hub for young people living in the South Burnett region.
