South Burnett Mental Health Support

Navigating life’s stresses can be challenging and sometimes you need a helping hand. If you’re seeking mental health support, Lives Lived Well is here for you.

We’re excited to introduce our new program for people aged 12 and over living in the South Burnett region, made possible through funding from Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN.

Our goal is to offer accessible and effective support to those who may be experiencing low-intensity mental health concerns.

Our compassionate and experienced mental health clinicians can work with you one-on-one over six sessions to show you practical ways to deal with stress, whether it’s from work, school, relationships at home, or other life changes.

This program is confidential and free of charge to you. Take the first step towards a healthier, happier you by reaching out to us today on 1300 727 957.

Is this program right for me?

Developed by Lives Lived Well, this program aims to support and empower people experiencing life pressures such as anxiety or uncertainty, health problems, work stress, relationship or family issues, long-term isolation or loneliness, financial worries or sleep deprivation. Our compassionate mental health clinicians will work alongside those with low-intensity mental health concerns to develop personalised and practical strategies aimed at addressing their needs.

Can young people receive support?

Absolutely. We can work with young people aged 12 years and over. Young people can self-refer through our website or by phone. For those in Murgon, schools can connect them with us through the Murgon Youth Hub. Please note that services out of the Murgon Youth Hub are only available to young people.

How do you get started to refer someone?

No referral is needed. Simply give us a call at 1300 727 957 to self-refer or find out more information.

We also welcome online referrals from health professionals, community and government organisations, and services, including Head to Health.

Where can you find us?

Our program offers flexible and accessible support, with six free sessions available either in person at our Kingaroy office (1/152 Haly Street), at the Murgon Youth Hub, or via phone or video call.
