Our Family Therapy provides a more in-depth counselling experience to support family members or friends of people who have problems with drugs or alcohol.

We tailor our advice and information to suit your needs.

Our confidential and non-judgmental counselling for individuals, couples or groups will help you with:

  • learning a range of coping skills and strategies
  • getting information about services and recovery options
  • understanding alcohol and other drug dependency and its issues
  • information and tools to support your loved one more effectively.

Our friendly staff will talk to you about how we can best help out.

Do I need a referral?

You don’t need a GP referral. You can self-refer through our website here. If you have limited access to the internet or would prefer to speak to us to request a referral, please phone our Contact Team on 1300 727 957.

We also accept online provider referrals from other health professionals, services and community and government organisations or they can fax referrals to 07 5546 8223.

No, our Family Therapy program is provided free of charge.

Where are we located?

Our Family Therapy program is offered from our Gold Coast service (covering the Gold Coast LGA) which is located at 191 West Burleigh Road, Burleigh Heads.
