Watershed Day Program

A non-residential recovery program to help you progress.

The Watershed Day Program is a six-week hybrid harm minimisation program. It was developed by specialists to counter the effects of substance use concerns and aims to give you the best chance to progress along your recovery journey.

This day program includes Group Work, Case Management and Crisis Intervention/Counselling and Referral. It’s designed for people who:

  • are not yet ready for residential rehabilitation
  • are currently waiting on admission to a residential service
  • have other work and family commitments
  • are exiting correctional services or may have existing legal issues in relation to their drug and/or alcohol use (such as probation and parole, MERIT, Court System)
  • are currently on a pharmacotherapy treatment program (such as methadone, buprenorphine or suboxone treatment) and wish to access additional alcohol and drug support.

Individual attention is critical, so we ensure every client receives valuable one-on-one time. We’ll work with you to develop an individual treatment plan, unique to your needs.

If you’d prefer something that is live-in, you can be internally referred to the Watershed Residential Rehabilitation program.
