COVID-19 Response – We’re still here for you
From Tuesday 24 March 2020, we will shift to providing telephone and online counselling and support, ceasing face-to-face sessions. This is for all our programs including individual and group support. To make a telephone or online appointment, get in touch with your current case manager or counsellor. If you are a new client, give us a call or fill out the referral form by clicking on “Enquire Now” in above menu options.
Sometimes it is not easy to come into one of our services…
You may live too far away, transport may be an issue or you may feel more comfortable meeting in a location where you feel safe and at home.
If you are interested in meeting a mobile counsellor, call a Lives Lived Well service near you to see if your area is covered by outreach.
In some regions, we have counsellors rostered to cover remote areas on a regular basis. Check out our Find A Service page for details.
