“You don’t have to go it alone… NewAccess coaches offer free and confidential support and are just a phone call away.”

Life feeling like it’s getting tough?

We get that. That’s why Lives Lived Well has NewAccess coaches ready to work with you.

Is it for me?

NewAccess was developed by beyondblue to help people tackle life pressures.
This service may be for you if you’re feeling low or stressed, experiencing such life pressures as:

• anxiety or uncertainty
• health problems
• work stress
• relationship or family issues
• long-term isolation or loneliness
• financial worries
• or sleep deprivation.

How does it work?

By calling us you can make some time to speak with a NewAccess coach, someone who is trained and experienced, to help you set practical goals to get your life back on track.

The service includes six free sessions with a NewAccess coach. These can be over the phone or face-to-face, whatever is best for you.

Where are you located?

Lives Lived Well New Access Coaches provide services to residents within the Darling Downs, West Moreton & Central West Queensland regions, which can be over the phone or face to face at our Warwick, Dalby, Gatton, Kingaroy & Longreach hubs.
There may be other services running NewAccess near you. Check out the beyondblue website to find out.

How do I get started?

You don’t need a referral. Just give us a call on 1300 971 309 or fill out the form below and someone will get back to you.
