Ready to make a change?
Our Day Support Program for young people allows you to access treatment and support during weekdays. The program is split into two age groups, 12-17 years and 18-21 years.
Our alcohol and drug support involves:
- group programs (after school for 12-17 years)
- individual counselling and case management
- access to chill out space to drop in (12-17 years only)
- education and information
- practical tools and strategies
- health, nutrition and life skills
- wellbeing and mindfulness
- referrals and access to ongoing support in the community.
Do I need a referral?
No, if you or someone you know has a drug or alcohol problem you can call us today for a confidential chat or to book an appointment. To enquire call 1300 727 957 or fill out the form on our enquiry page.
We also take referrals from GPs and other health care professionals, community organisations, youth workers, mental health services, and Youth Justice.
Is there a cost?
No, our alcohol and drug counselling services are free of charge.
Where are we located?
The Day Programs are delivered at Unit 1/ 155 Alma Street, Rockhampton. Please access through side door to right of building.
