We support many communities across New South Wales, with service hubs and outreach teams.

Lives Lived Well have locations in Dubbo, Orange, Wellington, Bathurst, Katoomba, Lithgow, Wollongong, Nowra, Coffs Harbour, and East Lismore. Our residential rehabilitation centres are located in Orange – Wyla (adults rehab and withdrawal unit) and Elouera (women/children), Wollongong – Watershed (adults rehab and withdrawal unit), Coffs Harbour (young people aged 13-18 years).

Dubbo

We offer a free day rehabilitation program and Roadmaps outreach program for rural New South Wales communities from our hub in Dubbo. Our Dubbo outreach team also provides culturally sensitive support in Dubbo. Visit us at 194 Brisbane Street, Dubbo NSW 2830.

 

Katoomba

We provide a free alcohol and other drug program that supports people with coexisting drug, alcohol and mental health concerns at Dianella, our Katoomba-based service.

Lithgow

We provide Making Choices, a free alcohol and other drug support program, which helps people with coexisting drug, alcohol and mental health concerns from our Lithgow-based service. For privacy reasons this address is not available. Please contact Lives Lived Well for the address.

We also provide Dianella Day Program for Young People, a free and supportive non-residential alcohol and drug support for people aged 12-24. You can find our temporary office at 11 Enfield Ave, Lithgow. We offer outreach support to surrounding areas.

Lismore

We provide The Strong Community Program, a new mental health and wellbeing service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Northern Rivers, aged 12 years and over.

Nowra

We provide a community-based withdrawal program as well as a free day rehabilitation program and relapse prevention groups through our Nana Muru service. Our Nowra service hub at 78 Bridge Road, Nowra NSW 2541.

Our Nana Muru team travels to communities across the Shoalhaven region to support people to address drug or alcohol concern through our Nana Muru Outreach Program .

We also provide Nara Muru Youth Program,  a free and supportive non-residential alcohol and drug support for people aged 12-24. You can find our office at 59 Plunket St, Nowra. We offer outreach support to surrounding areas.

Coffs Harbour

We provide Youth Residential Rehabilitation Program, a residential rehabilitation treatment and live-in program for young people aged 13-18 years in contact with the criminal justice program. It offers a stable and secure environment where young people can make positive changes in a supportive and safe environment.

The service takes referrals via Youth Justice New South Wales for young people who live in NSW.

Orange

Wyla Withdrawal Unit and Rehabilitation Facility: residential rehabilitation treatment, live-in withdrawal and mobile detox programs. Building 31, Canobolas Drive, Bloomfield Campus, Forest Road, Orange NSW 2800.
