Group Programs provide an opportunity to build a network of support and learn from others as you are guided by a professional counsellor to address issues related to drug and alcohol dependencies.
We currently offer two group programs: Life Back and Springboard.
Life Back Group Program – Stay on Track
Ready to make a change? A number of our Service Hubs are running the ‘Life Back’ Group Program to help you learn valuable life skills and approaches that can help get your life back on track. These free group programs are run over six weeks. They are being offered at:
- Brisbane North
- Rockhampton and Gladstone
- Beenleigh (coming soon)
- Nerang (coming soon)

Springboard – Dual Diagnosis Day Program
Springboard is a six-week alcohol and other drug treatment program for people in Brisbane with co-occurring mental health issues, being delivered by Lives Lived Well in partnership with Communify. Learn more about this program on the Communify website.
Where: Brisbane city area
Format: 6 week program, 3 days per week (Tues, Wed & Thurs) during school hours.
Starting Dates: April 4 or June 6.
